I am a former health/wellness fitness professional and educator having pioneered in the field of fitness for seniors, international lecturer, and author. I am also an avid art quiltmaker. I started in real estate investment by purchasing homes in St. Augustine several years before I actually moved from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
